Frequently asked
Your questions, answered.
The questions our account managers field most often. Still stuck? Our SA-based business support team is one call away, 24/7/365.
Fibre is available in areas all over South Africa and is continuously expanding into more areas as we grow our own network and onboard partners.
Check availability on our coverage map to see which options you have access to, or view the alternative solutions where applicable.
No, our FTTB services include basic Wi-Fi and Non-Wi-Fi Routers as part of the monthly service fee, to be selected based on your requirements.
The installation time frames are estimates based on the status of the fibre in your building. Typically, buildings with fibre already present can take between 4-8 weeks to install. Where the fibre is not yet present, the lead time could increase to 4-6 months.
We have temporary connectivity options which you can add to your order, subject to availability, which include Wireless, Fibre, LTE and 5G.
Upgrades within the contract are allowed, but a downgrade cannot be accommodated within the contract, as we have back-to-back contracts with our Fibre Network Partners.
Although we always strive to provide all our customers with the best possible experience, the FTTB products do not have any SLAs. For a more guaranteed service experience, look into Dedicated Fibre.
